TRACTATUS LOGICO-PHILOSOPHICUS – CENTENNIAL ISSUE, 2ND PART

Disputatio. Philosophical Research Bulletin (Madrid, ISSN: 2254-0601) participates in the commemorations of the first publication in German and English of the Tractatus, and we cordially invite you to join our project. The monograph we ask you to enrich with your reflections is the second of two instalments. The first one was published on September 30th, 2021.

We have programmed the second part —to be co-edited by the undersigned— to have an official publication date of December 31st, 2022. So far, Prof. Leila Haaparanta, Danielle Macbeth, Erich Reck, Sanford Shieh, Michael Potter, Michael Beaney, Diego Marconi, Antonio Ianni Segatto and Dennis McManus are participating in our project.

If you wish to participate, please let us know as soon as possible. We would need your title, an abstract and 3 to 5 keywords by November 15th latest. Submissions will be subject to blind peer review and must meet the usual standards of quality for international publications. Deadline for the receipt of full text in its definitive form: 31/12/2022. The manuscripts may be submitted in Word format in Spanish, English, Portuguese or Italian. The main text (excluding title, abstract, references and figure legends) is the range of 10,000 to 15,000 words —but there should be no problem if you need more space or require less—. The abstract is typically 100-150 words, unreferenced, and 3-5 keywords, both in English and in the language of the paper. In case the paper is written in English, we will prepare a Spanish translation of the title, extract and keywords in case the author cannot provide it. An introduction (without heading) is followed by sections headed and numbered. The manuscript shall include a section at the end providing a bibliography according to the style our journal, in the format author-date. As a guideline, articles allow up to 50 references. Further instructions for authors can be found on the following link: https://disputatio.usal.es/info/info-autor/

Please check out articles published in English in some of our issues available Online for more information about style and format or contact us at disputatio@usal.es
